SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is one of the methods we use to print the desired design onto the lanyards. Your logo or text is literally “printed on” the material – meaning you will feel it as a raised design when you run your finger over it.

This printing process is suitable for less detailed designs or logos. The advantage of this print lies in its absolute color accuracy – so if you value an exact implementation of your company’s corporate identity or want your club colors printed correctly, screen printing is the appropriate method. Each color (for multiple print colors) is printed separately, allowing us to work with the Pantone C color palette here.

SUBLIMATION OR TRANSFER PRINTING

The method of choice if the desired design for the lanyards is a bit more detailed. Transfer printing enables us to perfectly print even more complex designs. Unlike screen printing, we usually use the CMYK color system for transfer printing.

We would be happy to advise you on the appropriate printing technique and discuss the advantages and disadvantages with you.

PHOTO PRINTING

If you want photorealistic designs printed on your lanyards, photo printing is available for this purpose. We can reproduce even the most complex templates 1:1 and always deliver a perfect print image.

Our graphic designers will gladly create a layout and perfectly adapt the design to the ribbon width and length, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

WOVEN

Woven lanyards impress with their exceptional and high-quality finish. Your logo is woven into the lanyard, so the negative is visible on the back. This finishing technique, like screen printing, is suitable for simpler designs.

All Pantone C color tones are also available as base colors or weaving colors for woven keyholders.

SATIN RIBBON

Lanyards with satin ribbon not only look elegant, but they also feel that way. With this design option, a satin ribbon is sewn onto the base material and then printed or woven. You can choose the satin in the same color as the base fabric or any other shade to make the ribbon stand out even more.

LASER ENGRAVING

Laser engraving is an excellent way to further customize the lanyards. Here, either the metal buckle, the large carabiner, or the bottle opener can be engraved and then, if necessary, highlighted with color.

We would be happy to advise you on the possible implementation forms of laser engraving.

LENGTHS

We can produce lanyards in various lengths, entirely according to your wishes and specifications. The intended use of the lanyards plays an important role here. Standard lanyards have a length of approx. 90 cm. If a buckle is added, the upper part would be approx. 80 cm long and the detachable part about 10 cm. For lanyards with a bottle holder, we can also produce the straps so that their length is variable, allowing them to be worn around the neck or over the shoulder.

Large carabiners or the bottle opener can be engraved and then, if necessary, highlighted with color.

WIDTHS

We can offer you lanyards in various widths:

  • Tubular lanyards (0.5 or 0.8 mm diameter)
  • Tube lanyards (1 or 1.5 cm width)
  • Standard lanyards (width between 1 and 2.5 cm)
  • Premium lanyards (up to 5 cm lanyard width possible)


You can see the size ratios in the following image.

The appropriate width also always depends on the intended use of the lanyards. If you want lanyards with an integrated bottle opener or bottle holder, widths between 2 cm and 2.5 cm are suitable – whereas tubular lanyards or tube lanyards are suitable for ID card holders.
