We offer an all-inclusive package, from the initial design idea, the selection of material, accessories, and colors for the lanyards, through our graphic design service, right up to the finished product.
You can contact us daily by phone or email, and for urgent or time-sensitive orders, also in the evenings or on weekends.
1. Creation of a digital draft based on your specifications or wishes

Upon request, we would be pleased to create a non-binding, digital draft for you. This way, you will have a good impression of what the lanyards will look like before
ordering and can, if necessary, express any desired
changes.
WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO CREATE THE DRAFT
- Lanyard color(s) (you can find the PantoneC color selection here)
- Print or weave color(s)
- Desired design (screen print, transfer print, woven, satin ribbon, etc.)

- Logo or design (graphic templates preferably as .pdf, .eps, or .ai files)

2. Production or sample production with images
Direct mass production or sample production
Normally, after your approval of our offer and the design, we proceed directly with mass production to deliver your ordered lanyards as quickly as possible.
However, upon request, we can first produce samples of the desired lanyards and send you images via email for review and approval of mass production. Should you require physical samples, we will gladly send them to you for an additional charge.
3. Packaging, Delivery Times, Shipping, and Payment
Packaging
After production, the lanyards are packaged according to your specifications and shipped to the desired delivery address .
Delivery time
We will discuss the delivery time with you prior to placing the order. For a small additional charge, we also offer express production.
Shipping
Shipping within Germany is free for you. We work with premium logistics providers UPS and FedEx to ensure professional handling.
Payment
For corporate clients, we generally offer payment by invoice.
Colours
All shades of the Pantone C color system are available for the lanyard color as well as for the print or your woven design.
Do your corporate colors only exist as CMYK or RGB values? No problem: for a small number of colors, we convert them to Pantone; for many colors, we print in CMYK.
This allows you to match the lanyards perfectly to your company or club colors.
If you are interested in more elaborate designs up to and including photo printing, we finish the lanyards using transfer printing, so you can have your personal desired motif printed, including product images.
Choose your individual colors from well over 1,000 shades – of course, we will also be happy to advise you on selecting the right colors. You can find further information here.
